For three semesters, I worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Vermont. As a GTA i worked closely with a University professor in an introductory level lecture course. I was responsible for writing exams, grading student papers, quizzes, and tests, holding weekly review sessions, and holding weekly office hours where students could come in and receive help or ask any questions about topics from lecture. During my Masters studies, I focused mainly in America history, but I do have a background in and classwork from other focuses including World History, Medieval History, and European History. My Graduate Thesis focused on the American Cold War and the War in Vietnam.
